The real estate world often seems completely dominated by nationwide real estate tech portals and nationwide brokerages. Decades ago, when the internet was new to the real estate world, it seemed like every real estate agent had to have their own website, and website design was a thriving industry. That shifted to large brokerages providing their agents a generic website with the agent’s name on it. Not very many agents added any significant details beyond a resume. Decades ago, there were creative, informative, and unique websites owned by agents. They seem to have been mostly replaced by generic, simple “Zillow” clones, though some unique websites remain.
The Juliana Lee Team is a small team with fewer than a dozen members. Their main website, julianalee.com, is one of the oldest real estate websites in Silicon Valley, having begun over 30 years ago. It is interesting to look at the “small websites” they also use to promote homes for sale in different Silicon Valley cities.

One of these small, simple websites was reported by Cloudflare to have had over 100,000 pageviews in a roughly seven month period.
Sharon Lee posted why these 100,000 page views are a small part of an “insane number” of visitors to JLee Realty’s “home for sale” websites.
There are still agents who put their hearts, minds, and actions into selling homes.
